Orders can be canceled anytime before shipping takes place, and the same will be refunded.

For order cancellations post shipping, the customer is liable to pay the shipping charges, even if the item(s)/order was covered under free shipping and the shipping cannot be refunded. In this case, the refund process will start only after receiving back the item(s).

Orders cannot be canceled after the items are received by the customer. In case the items are not received, lost or damaged in transit, the full amount will be refunded, if and only if shipping insurance was purchased while placing the order.

For returns, post receiving the items, please see out returns policy below. The refund amount is usually credited back to the customer’s card/account in 3-21 working days from the date of the initiation of cancellation.


Returns can be initiated only within two days of the items arriving at the customer address.

Returns can only be accepted for items that are dead on arrival (100% refund or replacement), have faults in manufacturing (covered as per manufacturer guarantee or warranty if any) or if the wrong item was shipped (all expenses are borne 100% replacement or refund).

If customer orders the wrong product and the customer wants to return the items after receiving the product, then the shipping and restocking fee up to 15% will be applicable.

Items once unpacked or used cannot be returned/replaced/refunded, unless under any such explicit guarantee or warranty from the manufacturer at the time of reporting.
